17     Last estimated payment for 2011 is due.  Payroll taxes via EFTPS are due.
31     Furnish forms 1099 and W-2 to your subcontractors and employees by today.
        Quarterly reports for IRS, CDOR and CDOL are due today.

February

29     File W-3 and forms W-2 with the IRS.

March

15     Form 1120 due for corporations.  Form 1120S due for S-Corporations.  Form 2553 to
       elect S-Corp status for 2012 is due by today.  Last day to file extensions for C and S
       corporations.

April

17    Form 1040 due for individuals.  Form 1065 due for partnerships.  Last day to file
       extensions for individuals and partnerships.
